    I like to use the AI Erase by PES when I cut for more than 2 weeks, help maintain muscle imo and dries me out well. I also note some improved vascularity. I dont attribute this all to the AI, but I feel it is beneficial in the way I use it during a cut.

    maybe GH release, but I doubt it would be significant. also the stuff make you hypoglycemic I am fairly sure. Have you been eating before your dosing of agmatine at all?

    Eat lots of protein, take bcaas, and EC will take good care of you. It has a great reputation for a reason all these years.

    Just make sure your getting enough protein each day.

    Run SD for 3 or 4 weeks with 6 weeks of 1 Shea/ andro. The 1 andro needs to be dosed around 600mg minimum so it can be expensive but does convert to 1 test.

    Just wanted to say my first week of LGs has been going very well, not hungery, good workouts. On the bus hitting the road for work right and will be doing my best to eat right and stick to my protocol. I honestly am impressed, feel a little leaner already.

    I am impressed the quality of my workouts has not gone down yet, its only day two, but still I would have expected poor lifts after 13+ hours fasted with nothing more than two scoops of recoverpro pre workout.
