    My roommate and I would get snowed in sometimes in college and do this. 100 push ups, 100 squats, 100 crunches. Certainly passes some time and makes for a different workout.

    Tried the bread and liked it. It's certainly an acquired texture though, but a PB sandwich made with their bread packs a nutritional punch. Didn't know they had flatbreads though, that's pretty awesome. Pizza is my weakness!

    Or at least 300mg of caffeine on cycle. That's a heavy dose even when you're not cycling.

    I'm 170, so yeah I think a higher MG may work better for you. If being honest, I can't say I'd really suggest Ostabol but that's me. I think a better diet and some EC is better for a cut for anybody.

    Yeah, I'm not certain. DMZ is likely the stronger compound but I may just save it for a winter bulk and run the Epi this summer. Who knows, I still have quite a bit of time to plan/decide.

    Day 22 Well today marks about 3 weeks. Have to say, Ostabol seems as mild as advertised. Hopefully I'm not shut down much at all as I don't think the trade-off would nearly be worth it. Effects are mild if at all noticeable. Slight hardening of the muscles and maybe a tad bit of endurance...
