    1. Chicken, ground turkey, ect are lean and relatively low in calories. Eat more beef. 2. Stop working out 6 days a week if you want to grow. Keep it to 3-4 and make sure you get 7-9 hours of sleep. 3. Spend some time in the nutrition and training sections and not the anabolics.

    I had M-Sten at the top of my list for a bulk at some point down the road but DMZ I think may have leaped ahead with all the positive stuff I keep hearing. Congrats on your cycle so far too mate, sounds like the hard work (and eating) have really payed dividends.

    Day 11 Not sure if its my body adjusting to the lowered calories or the Ostabol taking effect (possibly both) but I've noticed better endurance and strength today and yesterday than the past few weeks. Only downside to the body adjusting is I think I'm going to have to trim calories down a bit...

    LGI Stano 200

    Only real way to tell is to discontinue the Stano and see if the rash goes away. Not saying it is the Stano, but it's not crazy to see some skin irritation if your body doesn't like it. I ran Trenavar at a low dose awhile back and it gave me a horrible rash. I discontinued and the rash went away.

    Yeah, I dropped 8 pounds in 4 weeks. Too much, too fast for me. Don't think I lost much muscle so I'm trying not to worry too much about the number on the scale.
