If you find a program that you’re getting stronger in week to week it’s working. Pick 8 most bang for your buck lifts and concentrate on those and get brutally strong in them.

It’s not the fact that Keto works but the fact that you ate in a caloric deficit. When you remove a whole macro, you remove a whole food group of the stuff people tend to overeat.
It’s great that you found a way of eating in a deficit that works for you and great job in losing weight but 60lbs...
It’s just another means to an end. With that being said fatloss has been shown to be no faster than a low fat moderate carb diet. The health benefits touted are negligible unless you’re prediabetic or suffer from epilepsy or bipolar disorder.
It’s not a miracle like some people think though...
Doing heavy abs is one thing that’s helped my back problems. I always do them at the end on leg days. It helps with back pumps because it pulls the blood from the lower back to the abs. Learned that from John Meadows.
Absolutely agree. I’m 34 and am prescribed t4 and also bentyl for stomach issues and nexium. It definitely comes down to experience and paying attention to everything.

I’ve been curious about getting some myself but the pip stories scare me away lol. If I can’t walk because of pain it’s counter productive. I’ve got some t300 that’s just collecting dust because of the pip.
