    I'd definitely give them more of a break and stick squats or deads in after chest day. Bench is delt heavy so you'd get more out of the longer rest

    Why not just start out at 20mg from the beginning? My experience so far has shown it to be great during PCT at which I ran 15mg for keeping strength. I've ran it solo after a short break at 20mg and I'd rate it for a slight strength increase and helping with recomp.

    I'm loving this forum already. Learning lots. Stanley G, what is the fiberous mass in breast tissue then? I've attributed to gyno in the past but at the same time the fact that it did disappear after a few weeks of Nolva use made me wonder why people have surgery to remove Gyno.
