You can eat like a horse without getting fat,at all...just BIG, if you know what you're doing. Pick your food wisely, give your body PLENTY of what it needs to sustain anabolism. Junk food is a whole different deal guys.
A healthy appetite is far from an issue...as long as you increase your starchy carbs, protein and fiber....and increase your training volume accordingly.
A huge difference, no. As long as you drink enough water with it. Still preferable before meals. Personally speaking this is a non-issue as I'm religiously accurate with my dosing scheme.
I like 2 caps three times a day 10-20' before my 3 largest meal. Some find 3 caps twice a day before their two largest meal easier. BTW yes, I like to split.
