    @gymrat i believe what you are saying is correct, but the key thing is SERMs allow T rise whilst not allow E to bind therefore the level reach a homeostasis ... aka no gyno where as if you use an AI you are just blocking E and delaying its evil rebound. once you stop the AI then E rebounds...

    Planning to start this Monday 8/8. 3 Weeks at 5mg. If I am not satisfied I will bump to 10mg. I am using PHF supermass so I actually have 5mg caps. Monday 8/8 will be 1.5wks of HB preload and Liv52. I will continue both through PCT. PCT will be nolva or torem which may actually be overkill...

    i know this thread started awhile ago, but i was also thinking of a low dose 5/5/5 cycle, but now im thinking about a mwf pulse with 10,15, or 20mg. I have 5mg caps so the flexibility is there. being my first sdrol cycle any thoughts? thanks

    Thanks for the reply. Shift isn't nec., I just happen to have an unopened bottle. Want it? Haha I am 180 and 5'9". I am going to run a low dose, 5/5/5 or 5/5/10 SD cycle with the main goal to stay around this weight but lean out. A lean 185 would be nice.
