Took today off. Had a night out in Manhattan with the girlfriend seeing a show. Got her tickets for Christmas so grabbed a show then had drinks and dinner at her restaurant on Park. Took today to recover from the leg day and do some shopping. Had to get some stuff for her birthday this weekend...

Yea buddy. I am building my legs back up. Had alot of atrophy from the surgery and inactivity. Lost bout half an inch on thighs and quarter inch on calf. Gotta get back to my legs, their my bread an butter. Used to be squatting 405 when I was out west playing pro ball before the injury.

Cardio day. First dose was 10am and second was 4:30pm. Did elliptical interval training. Level 6 cruise for 2:00 and level 16 sprint for 1:00 for a 20 minute session. Got a nice 20 minute stretch in and felt good walking outta the gym today. Sweat like a bastard. Much more than usual...

Been on and off this week getting back into the gym because I'm finally getting over this illness. Haven't updated because it wouldn't be much to update on being that I haven't been in the gym. Been taking 1 pill in the AM upon waking and 1 pill in the afternoon around 4pm each day...
