Cycle looks good but I'm curios as to why you'd want to run for 20 wks on a first cycle? I'll be starting my first test cycle this summer and thought I was bad for wantin to run it 13 weeks. I personally would prob bump it up to 500-600mg a week also. Best of luck, though!

I'm cuttin til about may to get bf down to about 10-12% and then plan on running my first test cycle! 12ish wks at 500mg/week. (I have 3 vials that i want to use so it may be slightly longer than 12 weeks). Looking to recomp more than anything.

I'd personally wait until you run it to decide on length. See how if it affects you and gains vs sides at that point in time to determine how much longer you'd like to run it. IMO run it as long as you're still seeing gains but no longer than 6 weeks.
Monohydrate is just as effective as Any "new creatine" out. A natural pro posted a study in his contest prep log about it on another website I frequent. Interesting stuff.

Def stock sd or ultra. Pstanz is just a pro hormone to winny which isn't hard to find if you know where to look. Either way ugl will strt producing all of them so IMO they'll always be available.
THat was my understanding also ^ I'll be running my first test cycle this summer and was going to use sd or ultradrol to kick it. The lipids getting and staying screwed makes sense however w a low-moderate dose and the right supports, i dont see much validity to it.
I agree. My dad is on that also. And as far as I know it's just transdermal test which IMO would suppress your natural production. Again I'm not very knowledgable about the stuff but that's how it seems to me as well.
