Mr supps has a nice sale going on, wondering what most people do for a second cycle. My first one was helladrol and dermacrine, and I enjoyed it. I was thinking going for hd and trenazone. I do want something a little stronger than just hd.

Doesn't matter as long as each would fit into your macros. Though sugar would have an insulogenic effect and be worse for you as you are trying to drop weight, but in the scenario you are providing the difference of 7g of sugar once per week will literally have no visible effect one way or another
Do powders (like whey, maltodextrin, dextrose, waxy maize, etc) contribute less to TEF than their whole food equivalents since they will be more easily digested?
