    I have seen logs where trenazone is run 2 weeks before hdrol and then alongside hdrol for another 6 weeks. That is what I was planning on doing, but ideally I would a total cycle length of 12 weeks but it seems the only way to do that relatively safely is to pin and I'm not there yet... But...

    That's great, going solo and getting away from the classes is really the only way to focus and improve with respect to your goals. My advice would be to take a video of yourself from the side and see what your depth is. You should be able to get your hip joint below your knee joint.

    Hahaha body pump squats are very deep? Body pump squats are definitely not very deep, they teach half squats at best. That is my biggest beef with that damn class, very limited range of motion is taught as proper form and perpetuates ****ty form across a wide range of exercises

    I'll use straps when my grip is the weak link, but the muscle group I'm trying to hit can do more. Mostly on shrugs and sometimes rdls. I implement grip/forearm work additionally as well though

    Would it be wise to use LG products (say natadrol or ph19) right after pct of a helladrol cycle? I'm thinking that since they won't cause shutdown that they would be ok, but this is an area I'm not certain about

    Up to you, I prefer cycling because I feel better and retain more muscle that way, but its really independent to each person

    When I cut for a contest I start at 1.25-1.5g/lb bw protein, .3-.4g/lb bw fat, and fill in the rest with carbs to reach my daily calorie limit.

    You could just do hawthorn berry for 2 weeks, its not very expensive by itself
