    Back when I was taking compete I was doing 1g pre since there is a gram in the compete, which I would drink intra...and the same thing happened. I'll try going sans lclt over the weekend and see what happens

    I did not understand anything that you just said but let me put it this way. If your numbers are right and you eat at 4400 cals/day you will put on 15 pounds in a month. If you put on 2 pounds of muscle, you will have put on 13 pounds of fat.

    If you want to put on fat, sure. Go ahead and triple your tdee. You're only going to put on about 1-2 lbs of muscle a month max without ph/aas help. Aim for a surplus of 500 cals/day to keep gains lean

    Do you think its a coincidence that you managed to keep only a little of your gains after "pct"? Either its because you had a bad pct or because your diet and/or training suck. In either case you can expect the same out of this cycle, especially at only 4 weeks.
