You've been deadlifting for 5 weeks. Improper form won't hurt you right away, look at all the morons doing quarter squats with collapsing knees. I'm just saying you are putting yourself at higher risk for injury doing it that way
Am I the only one that thinks DL'ing like this will almost surely lead to future injury? There is such exaggerated rounding in the lower back throughout the entire lift...
Yeah xfactor original will probably be your best bet right now since it doesn't operate hormonally. Stack with lclt and gms and you should be good to go. Just make sure you're not taking any fish oil or cissus around xfactor dosings
To me quite a bit is 300-400g like in a bulk. But I suppose it depends on what context you put it in.
When I was cutting for comp season I was doing slightly less than 100g and that didn't feel like quite a bit at all
Layout is good but you need some support supps for bp and liver. Cycle assist and liv52 or something like those. I would add some erase starting 3rd week of pct just in case of estro rebound
This times 10.
And odds are unless you're doing a boatload of cardio or you weigh a boatload, you won't be dropping weight at 3500 cals. A lot of people bulk at that calorie level.
Choose one ingredient?? That's like asking to choose between deads, squats, and lunges.
I guess it would have to be the agmatine, but the interaction between the agmatine, cit mal, and gms seems like a recipe for a monster pump. Not to mention that they're all properly dosed. Awesome.
