My resolution for 2013 will be a continuation of 2012's. I lost 55lbs in 2012 doing HIIT and eating right. I'm 245 now and want get to 220 and under 10% BF, which is where I was when I retired afer 22 years from the US Army 6 years ago. At 46 it is definitely tougher but that's the fun part...
Again thank you for the samples. I used the SWOll-N and Supp-D for my morning HIIT PWO and was very impressed. I didn't stack it with anything else so I could get the full effect. My muscles had a great pump and my endurance was top level. I do HIIT 6 days a week but took the holidays off...
