    Maybe this has already been asked but I don't recall seeing it. Is anyone running 4 caps? I'm running my second cycle of this and love it but am considering running 4 caps. Currently running 2 am PWO and 1 in the afternoon with alphamine. May run 3/1 or 2/2

    This week I'm running 1 scoop of High Volume with 2 scoops of Alphamine, along with A2& Beta Al as my early morning PWO. This is my first time using high volume but so far I'm liking this combination.
