    Has anyone experimented with the high dose fish oil as i recommended before? Google it.. tons of info even studies. Important though to use a clean source of fish oil. I like the higher pharmaceutical grades in liquid form. You dont want to be ingesting large doses of heavy metals.

    Its tough to beat as it based upon a chemical imbalance which differs person to person. Everyone is different. Ashwagandha, Bacopa, Rhodiola are a great combination for herbals. St Johns Wort is good too just find a good quality extract. Not the cheap junk versions.
