    Im using it currently.. its an all around formula thats meant to supply greens, endurance, digestive etc etc. I got it on sale but it is a bit expensive. I think if you are looking for a regular multi you can find a much cheaper one, and then supply your greens, digestive etc separately.

    The ones out right now have a strong oatmeal taste to it with a small amount of oats in them. They are very very good, one of their best flavors yet. If you warm it up its like a legitimate Oatmeal Cookie, pretty unreal.

    I think this is the confusion here. Is it 4mg of yohimbe or yohimbine? 4mg of yohimbe is probably nothing and fine. 4mg of yohimbine is a pretty strong hit.

    Oh wow yeah 0.8mg of active Yohimbine would be a bit too much, especially if taking 4-6 tabs per day.

    Birthday cake was the best of the MTS series, I would place Red Velvet #2 - has a great texture. Chocolate was OK.. I just ordered the Salted Caramel which I am excited for. Will have some feedback this week.

    Yeah its basically now just a Leucine + Taurine product. Everything else is likely underdosed. Bummer, hope they dont water down my Select protein!!!!
