    There're a few logs ATM. Early feedback shows the expected increased appetite/improved digestion, muscle fullness, enhanced endurance and strength. Some reports of better sleep too.

    One more thing to consider is that your starting cals intake (2400/day) was most likely too low at your current size/activity level to sustain lean tissue accrural. I recommended just a slight cals increase, then re-evaluate after about 10-12 days. Adding 1500 cals overnight would certainly be...
