i ran sd for 2 weeks then stopped it and took helladrol and could only take it for 3 weeks then i felt like such **** i literally had to stop..goodluck with this 1 lol..
id say stay away from junk food, soda, etc obviously, and on your main meals still make sure you have plenty of protein and carbs (not to much tho) and maybe run like a mile on the treadmill before you lift and do abs at the end, its what ive been doing and ive still been making solid gains and...
when you "plateau" its because your only doing enough to maintain basically.. you need to add more intensity to your workouts, maybe add in some burn out exercises every now and then, step your workouts up a notch from what youve been doing and theres no way youll still be at a "plateau".
sorry, i just got my bottle of helladrol today so id just like to say im going to run it for 6 weeks at 100mg a day all the way through along with transaderm :P wish me luck! peace lol
