Chest
shoulders
triceps
back width
back thickness
Day 2:
biceps
forearms
calves
hams
quads
Day 3:
Same as day 1, but different exercises
Day 4: same as day 2, but...
you should be fine but the hangover will probably last a lot longer than normal and be probably like 3x worse especially because youll be like a month or so deep in your cycle
havent been on the forum much the last 2 months or so, but as soon as i saw your cycle starting had to jump back in, definitely will be checking in a lot more good luck man!:32:
yeah listen to wannabejacked.. mdrol is a different compound more harsh but better gains, i took m stane cause i got it off amazon for cheap and it was bull**** felt like i wasted my money, had a whole cycle ready and i wish i woulda done a different cycle
i started super setting incline db bench with incline db flies for 4 sets at 10 reps per set and got some great gains after about a month of doing it:) i had a pretty big chest already but once i got my upper chest in check it made my chest like waaaaaay bigger, hope this helps good luck bro
