stent and it will get a lot better.. i was doing a 5 day split when i started training them and by the next leg day my legs would literally of JUST...
todd got itt right on the spot, you could try out the if lean gains diet too i havent done it myself but ive heard and seen gret results from it as well as consistent training

lol nice frank, and yeah i think im gonna stick with it, at least for a little while, i doubt id end up just randomly stopping especially once i really get started in the states:) im not used to ending on negatives either but i feel like it makes really good sense to do it
big boy d 3-4 sets will be whatever you make it, like you should always try to beat your last workout..say you bench 200 for a certain amount of reps, beat it your next workout with he same weight or go up in weight for the same weight to rep ratio as you did with the lower weight and youll see...

even if you go balls out every training day its really only 1 big set youre doing with each muscle and it gives you enough time to rest and recover before you work that muscle group again, may not be for everyone but i certainly like it:)
yeah i think the hardest part for people to convince themselves to switch to dc training is the fact that most people are used to high volume training and they dont want to feel like what theyre doing isnt as good as say dc training haha.. but bla55 whats some of your favorite exercises as far...
ya youre dose is right the only thing you should wait to take in your pct is erase which you should start taking around the 3rd week of your pct (even though you dont have erase even listed in your pct :x) not required but a great addition..
