    I'm not saying I'm gonna eat just powder. I'm still eating other foods, just replacing meat with it.. I'll try for a week or 2. I'm at 3000kcal and my protein intake it's about 175g. Still taking multi, fish oil and other goodies

    I'm late but here are my conclusions. During alphamax I've gained 1.1lbs going at 2200-2400kcal. During epi+xgels I've gained 1.9lbs going at 2600kcal. Now it's been 4 weeks since I've stopped taking anything except to SL, creatine and beta alanine just on WO days and I've gained 0.8lbs still...

    Still pretty confused.. Seems like 50% says it doesn't do anything while the other 50% see great results. I might think at something else, just don't know what.. My previous stack was epi+xgels and worked fine but I want try something else for the next 4 weeks

    Everyone knows there isn't any specific rep range, rest between sets, number of sets, etc.. The best thing is what works for you! Lets just say what from our experience is working best for each of us. This year I found that decreasing the volume helps me maintain the muscle during a fat loss...
