I'm starting LGD in a few weeks and I'm just gonna go straight into 8mg a day. Seems like it is the sweet spot so why mess around is the conclusion I came too
Not a powerlifter but I ran a 1 and 4 andro cycle 6 months ago and every lift including accessories went up quite a bit. I wasn't even hitting my reps in the 1-5 range I was always doing 8-15. Can't imagine what it would be like if I trained for strength during that cycle
I was planning on running RAD-140 and LGD together but just read someone on another thread say that they work against eachother. What are you thoughts on this? Should I run them desperately?
