No one ever re racks any weights at my gym.. The dumbell a racks are always empty. It's insane. I seriously want to find out if they'll hire me for a couple hours a week to clean up.. It especially pisses me off when someone decides to rack their weights when they put a 10lb plate behind two 45lbs
I would think the longer the better the super compensation would be but then again you don't want to loose a lot of muscle. I think the norm is one refeed a week im sure yu cud extend that a little longer though
I hate when people think there are cutting foods.. You should be eating the same foods either more or less depending on goals. Example i use three staple meats to meet protein requirements whether im bulking or cutting steak, chicken, talapia. Same carbs too white rice sweet potatoes and oats...
This is true but depending on when your last meal is your stomach certainly be empty which is whyy i cant train fasted i start to lose focus half way through y workout because of my hunger pains.. So i opt for a shake with some MCT oil and a couple eggs an hour or two before i train
No but i have had some bp issues nothing crazy i got support supps. Had a few dizzy spells and this morning i was sitting in my car in the gym parking lot trying to wake myself up.. I stretched and saw stars for like 30 seconds
Yea i think i might have just overestimated considering this only a moderate dose for 4 weeks.. And I dosed it spread throughout the day so i never really had any more than 30mg in my system at any given moment.. Not complaining though made some gains in 4 short weeks..bridging this into tren...
