    Would you run it at 20 the entire time? I ran sd for 6 weeks at 10 mg a day and loved it, not the most gains ever but solid gains and I felt like a million bucks the entire time.

    Holy sides batman I could not and would not run hdrol at 150 mg a day. If I were you I would look into 5 alpha test or stano. You could also look into topicals, or run the sd at a lower dose and run it for longer. If you do run the sd for just 4 weeks I would go 20/20/30/30.

    H drol is a great first ph and great for recomp, just eat clean. Imo trenazone is a terrible idea to stack with h drol for a first cycle but stano would be good.

    I am no expert but only certain phs would work. Most are methylated so that they have oral bio-availability and they wiouldn't work or would work poorly transdermally. The molecule size plays a part in.it too.

    I know what you mean, but even though its another compound the 5 alpha isn't liver toxic, so its like like you are adding another methyl or something.
