Just switched from superset-based, entire body 2x/week to PHAT. Was looking for volume training but had made some nice strength gains and didn't want to lose so went with phat. The power days on Monday and Tuesday are good and the hyper days Thurs - Sat give me something to look forward to at...

Couldn't agree more! Just wrapped 3rd week of x-gels, Conqu3r, Vital1ty and PA! Incredible intensity for entire workout. Sweat everywhere! And a pump like no other! This is my new go-to pre-WO stack!
Have done Strawberry Kiwi and Raw Berry conqu3r and Vital1ty. Both stim, and both taste pretty good, similar. Next time trying mango. Word is it's awesome! Let's just say, I wouldn't say no to any of the flavors!
it already is! Already loved Conqu3r but adding these other two to the mix is incredible! Only in second week of x-gels now and starting to see some increases in lifts and strength. Already ordered second x-gels to run for full two months. Lovin it!
