Just got done with my morning cardio, I just want to say how my body is adjusting to walking in the morning. when I first started I didnt want to wake up and i needed motivation to do it, Now I wake up put my cloths on and start doing my walk. Crazy how things change in just a little over 2...
I just got done doing my back workout and man the deadlifts kicked my ass LOL it was a great one. I was grunting on the last few in my set. great lift over all
Thanks I appreciate it. I will meet my goals. Im not going to let bad foods take over my body again. Ive already lost 16 lbs and feel great even though im still at 319lbs. imagine losing almost a hundred lbs, I think I will be able to dunk a basketball then lol
Totally agree with you, and also what I find motivating is hearing other peoples success stories and soon I will be one of those stories you know what i mean
