    I see what your saying and I can't imagine the gayness you see in a college gym so I see why you think it's dumb. I use to train bis on chest day and tris on back day so by default I'd be training arms twice a week and my arms were alot bigger then now but due to arm injuries I can't usually...

    Yeah , you're right, I was thinking of the meats I eat and was thinking damn that would be hard to get all that in. I also didn't consider dairy since I've cut that out completely from my diet. I'm so burnt on chicken and tuna I barely touch either anymore. So mainly my whole food protein intake...

    I don't train my arms twice a week but I see no problem with that if you're trying to focus on building a specific body part. Arms can take a beating and recover pretty fast. No offense but I think that statement was dumb.

    I believe what your asking about is blasting and cruising. I'd do a search for those terms and you'll find some info in regards to what you seem to be describing. Just curious,Are you prescribed TRT at all or are you self prescribing?

    Nice, I'd love to be able to do that instead of shakes , do you eat larger portions of meat with breakfast, lunch and dinner or do you eat say 6 meals a day with meat every one. Just seems you'd have to do ALOT of eating to get even 1g per lb of BW and on top of that seems pricey not to mention...
