Oh man that doesnt look like a beginer cycle... needs training wheels and tassles.
Listen man, I think what you should have learned from this thread is to hold off on cycling till you know more. I could put up a layout for you and tell you what everything does and proper dosages and I have yet...
I'm excited to reverse diet into my off season this year... slowly adding 5-10g carbs and 1-3g fat each week to slowly up my total calories. Stay lean or die trying :D
I spent like 23$ on the trutein, USP labs was 40$. Not much to be confused about. I do realize it came with the AP and other samples, but the extra stuff isn't what I needed, so for me it was either 23$ for a 2lb tub, or 40$ for a 2 lb tub.
Honestly, I can't afford to spend 40$ on a 2lb tub. I don't need the AP even though I absolutely LOVE it. Sadly I'm in a position where I can't afford to compromise, otherwise I'd be all over it! That a shame about the Trutein company, I was unaware of the scandal, I'm kind of disappointed now...
I'm just antsy, always down to try new products :D I really want to start up a log, but can't afford much these days. Got my first show on Saturday, then I'll start one up for general training and to keep myself accountable in the off season. Finally trying Trutein thanks to nutra's July 4th...
I was in the understanding that most cereals and grains are pro inflamatory because they are more commonly GMO, and thay organic non gmo wheats were less inflamatory/anti inflamatory. Dont remember where I picked that up. I need to read this paleo book by cordain. Sounds interesting
Considering running a halo cycle after my first show this saturday. Never heard of this company before. Just doing a biy more research before I pull the trigger
