I have been on x factor for almost 4 weeks. No joint problems at all. I have had some joint issues before with old injuries from wrestling my whole life.

That is interesting. I am more interested in the appetite suppression. I rarely if ever 'feel' the thermo effect of anything. Has it gotten more pronounced with use?
It only says "deep back squat" so I guess it's up you on what you think deep is.
I know Poliquin says a full squat is when your hamstrings cover your calves.
I think the greater the ROM the better. You are activating more muscle fibers.
