    Agreed on all accounts and EC is the superior option. Either split them separately as you mentioned or even combine the EC with a lower Y dose so as long as he can tolerate it.

    The only effect I noticed from the vanillean was a warmer body the first few times pre exercise, not really thermogenic just warmth.     Same here, it seemed to work well for fat loss but I even tried ECY and felt nothing at all. Unless you want an energy boost, lipolysis will be in full effect.

    Agreed, he did not. I think what gets me is that many people at the gym and out of it speak highly of how much they train, what they eat, etc. Yet I only see 5% of people changing their body composition over time.

    True to an extent, however there are many more inexperienced lifters as opposed to experienced. Let's be honest, to add lean mass proper training is of the utmost importance.

    How is it egotistical, it is quick advice that is of the utmost importance; without providing his background one cannot assume OP's training history. As for his interest....he has researched it for a while, has trained 6+ years and is 5'10 220 13% bf, that's legitimate Pro size....

Personally, I have taken it for months now at 120mg with Caffeine 3x a day, it doesn't seem very effective; I am getting leaner, however my diet is on point...

    Yes it is, especially with loads of carbs; keep the EP and AT2 for a cut in the future. I take 6 a day as I train twice when I bulk, 2 with my pre workout meals and one with post workout shakes/meals. **Remember, to add mass: Focus on time under tension, eat 4-6k calories, sleep well.
