But i had 16 kfc breast strips, 2 large chips, a black edition burger, a New York burger from maccas, a frozen coke, a chocolate thick shake and two McFlurry sundaes.

Yeah intra workout BCAA'S have been a staple for me since day one. However as of late I've been keeping my sessions nice and heavy for 45min to an hour.

Also, with Advanced PCT are there any pros/cons associated with either a) adding an extra cap per day (4 caps per day) or b) taking 2 caps 3 x per day (6 caps in total)?
