Yea idk it was feeling weird before I threw up the weight for my first set. It was weird, I decided to stick with dumbbells instead of the bench for that reason. I might go another week with the dumbbells then back to alternating benchwork/dumbbells everyother week.
My left shoulder was feeling weird so I did dumbbell chest again. Might stick with the dumbbells for chest for a couple more weeks before picking back up with barbell again.

WHAT UP WHAT UP?!?! So I hit the gym around 8 for a serious arm day, I think I experienced those food pumps from the AP. It was nuts arms were pumped up more than an hour after finishing at the gym.
