So this log is officially over.......sad right?!?!?! Overall I have had some great results with both the OxyECA and the Licogenix. Recomps are really the road less traveled, to gain muslce and lose fat is hard; I have leaned out, gained strenght....overall I would say it was a pretty damn good...

Tomorrow im planning on hitting shoulders, was going to do this today, but time was short. Did some swimming, then went golfing, then had a date, then penguins game. Pretty eventful day in the Steel City for me.
Worked biceps and triceps yesterday. Almost out of OxyECA and Licogenix On a positive note I got my Alpha T2 in the mail the other day so yayyyyy for that lol.

Hey everyone so yesterday did cardio, abs and some golfing.
Today I did arms:
light db curls(warm up)
light over head db extentions(warm up)
weighted neutral grip pullups SS weighted dips - 3 sets
standing db twist up curls SS over head straight bar tricep extentions-4sets 10reps
hammer...
Yea man kinda blows but its better to take it slow and work your way up then try and rush the proccess with weight that is too heavy and end up reinjuring something.
