    You right you have to put enough stress on the muscle to break it down. The guy doing 3 sets of squats it hardly get the muscle exited. I do some days 5 sets of squats and move to leg presses , hacks and wrap the thigh workout . I work hams on another day you must work them separate not the day...

    You look good it looks like you holding a little water . If you can work on that still keep tight that will help you look a bit bigger also tan it will be a good asset. Not the real dark tan but a nice coverage it brings out the muscles and once you tighten up with your water you should be good!

    Good thinking about dedicated in lifting and not getting discouraged cause you lost strength and size!! Yeah you can do everyday just keep the cycle to 4 weeks and off 4 and restart fresh again! that is mine along with pegmgf!

    Sorry , i was tired when i typed this ... Look i have used igf and peg mgf for sometime . I started with a low dose and got and still getting a great pump . The feel you get from AAS is not the same you get from igf. I know the difference and i am not compering the 2 to dose on my igf neither...

    Great if you get a great pump and all you should get from igf , but if you not getting what you supposed to get is a waste the time also. So the best rule is get the best with the list but make sure you using the right dose. Have you seen any results???
