I wasn't on them for the whole time if you read above. I was on them for 8 weeks then I had a 4 week break then been back on for a month.
It has really helped me, but obviously some people have better genetics to put on muscle and grow.

After two weeks I was getting much stronger and lifting heavier...I ran for 8 weeks then had a break. After the break i started staking with Mk677. I've had really good results better than anything else I have tried.
