    wouldn't Source Naturals, Lecithin, 1,200 mg be good? I've found it on herb and i prefer soft gels than natural SL.. but PA is not listed on their label

    I'm slowly increasing from my cutting by 200kcals each time I hit a stuck weight for a week. This is mostly in carbs. I think there is no need in going higher than 1g/lbs for proteins.

    Label says "2 capsules twice daily separated 6-8hours". Is it better to take it with or without food? Or doesn't make any difference? I was thinking to take one around 1pm at lunch and the second one after workout around 7-8pm at dinner.
