    Im wondering when i get done lifting i've been taking alot of sets to complete failure. That would this cause fatigue after my lifting is over with(like evening and next morning do to cns??
  2. Lifting and conditioning for kickboxing?

    I started trying these moves (like a burbee) What you do is lay on back swing legs over head rock foward jump on feet and right into a push-up (burbee)and repeat. Can only weasel a few out now.

    Most of the fat will cook off (got to drain it) I usally just get 90-95% more expensive but you get more meat in the long run.

    I think im burning around 2000cals a day with just my exercise(training) if not its close.     I really don't know how many miles but im doing hill sptints and reg sprints 2x aweek and the hill sprints are around my home so i run there(jog back big hill) doing sled drags once a week with a 20min run after. Going to do prowler friday so im getting miles in I also do box-jumps on reg sprint...

    I try to stick to apples,blueberries,banannas(pre/post)and oranges or stawberries pre training. Others i eat during day.

    Been in enough wrecks so pretty tough on that part. Core is in pretty good shape too. Just started doing olypic lifts so that should help. Plus i was born with an extra muscle that runs down middle of my abs(extra) docs thought i had a hernia at birth.Probely why i can crunch so much weight...
