    most p-butter has trans-fat if you go with peanut stick with natural i myself eat almond butter sometimes natural but its$$ i've found some without all the oils thats cheap($5)called barney butter taste good and cheaper then most.

    You'll have to see how your wrists do.I'd do alot of b/b wrist curls(kiddin)Get a pair of gloves with wrist straps or just wrap em really good for safety and start light and go from there.

    I make time on myside(prepare meats,grill on sunday night)and make stuff night before and your good to go.Takes 20min to make that night hour or two on sunday pre make oats,pasta,rice,ect.and your set.

    I'd start with an elliptical if you have one/gym for awhile to get your endurance started start light 20min in morning if you want. Or use a cycle or ride a bike both are low impact(easy on joints)cardio in morning i like best for a energy jump start for the day.

    I have a thyroid problem which would result in "misery" also it helps me to eat 7x a day because i feel like crap if i eat to much and to get the cals i need 3x would be a massive amount of food.Thinking were losing fat/weight by just the cals not how long or how many times we eat.

    I myself see no benefits in it.Im sure your body would get use to it after some time being on it. I'd only fast for religious reasons and that would be iffy to do then.I don't think losing weight/fat which ever it does is worth the misery that would come with this type of "diet" Just my 2cents...

    If it has 2 carbs it can't be zero cals.Anything less then 5cals the food board can classify as "zero cal"
