    That's why I am easing back into the gym. I had meniscus surgery with a scope, the only thing I can't do yet is kneel down on it or jump. I plan on saving it until I am 100%. Just trying to get my ducks in a row first

    Glad to hear you are back at it bud! My first day back in the gym will be on Monday, pretty muched healed after my knee surgery just going to ease into it. Maybe start my run of ph 17 in 4 weeks. Hope all goes well with PCT
