Yep from 5% rich Piana, yea it was a bit expensive but worth it. it tells me to take 9 caps a day throughout the day. damn, lol im already taking multi vitamins which already in itself is like 5 pills, should i contiune my multi vitamins ? not a fan of taking so many pills -

Thank you for respond, yea I lost a lot of weight after I stopped working out because I didn’t take care of myself, was eating two or three meals a day, not a lot of calories and I went through a rough patch in my life with drugs but I am 3 years clean now so I’ve been living a good health style... -
