Besides needing a lot of Tupperware you would also need a lot of fridge space but its super convenient. Once mastered it takes like 2 hours to have food for a week. And no excuses for cheating!!

Im cutting rite now just as most of AM is to get ready for summer so its easy to miss out on a lot phytochemical a and antioxidants.. Supplementations got nothing on real food sources i know this.. Anyway i cant seem to find any good supps at my favorite supp sites. Anyone got any recommendations?
That's what spices and marinades are for.. I got a couple of BB friends who say they are sick of chicken.. I go through about 15lbs of chicken a week still not tired of it. Point is for simplicity and consistency id rather eat the same thing everyday just change up the textures and flavors a little
ove dairy and it loves me.. No bloat and i go with the fat free just for the reason of getting healthier fats from other sources. If it doesn't voter your stomach go for it.. Just watch your calories. Dairy wud only make a difference at very low bf levels and also depends on and individual basis
