    I don't know the definition of overtraining. I said that I "Might" have experienced overtraining. I don't know what the definition of overtraining is or maybe I just haven't experienced it. Either way, I've suffered multiple injuries and muscle tears from lifting weights, I know that.

    Haha, this is true. But after years of training I know what works for me and I have my training dialed in to a point where I've been making steady gains every year.     I've always found that nothing widens the lats as much as a ton a heavy, high-rep, high-intensity sets of Lat Pulldowns. Do lat pulldowns until your grip is about to give out, and then do a drop set... Barbell rows are good too.

    Thanks DangerDave. I am waiting on 1x sust250, 2x test-c 200 and 2x deca 300. Also got some adex on the way that I will be dosing at 0.5mg 2x per week. The oils are international I believe so I'm waiting patiently for it but the adex is domestic so I'll probably have the adex before the oils...

    Lot of betas at my gym. Can't even wear sleeveless shirts anymore without being the center of attention. Used to only wear tank tops at my old gym... Now at my new gym it's t-shirts every day except for arms day... Gotta have the sleeveless for arms day.

    I think that overtraining is a myth. Maybe started by people who didn't eat a pre-workout meal or forgot to stay hydrated and became dehydrated from sweating during their workout, feeling like ish and saying they overtrained... In my opinion if pre-workout nutrition is on point and intra-workout...

    I'm sure underground labs still produce their forms of superdrol but the original pre-ban superdrols that were sold legally are extremely expensive if you could find any at all. I wish I had some sdrol.

    100mg ED is a good dosage for LMG. It's not a very strong compound and you probably won't run into sides.
