    Thanks man. I started lifting when I was 12 for free at a gym where this ex bodybuilder helped me. And back then I honestly remember doing chest for 3 years straight :p cuz I was young and didn't know much!! Make everyday chest day! :D

    No video, but recently was 385 had of 2 days ago. Even had 2 buddies watch Real close on my ass and the slow on the way down!! Went up ehhhhh... My preworkout was a protein shake which always messes me up. Got till May to least press 400-405!
