yeah... would've been nice... never lift at this gym when I do 1 rep maxes, I drive an hour away wit a buddy to a real powerlifting gym. so just snagged this random dude real quick to help spot.
you realize i compete in bench competitions right? I don't do 1 rep maxes everyday. my comp is in exactly a month. so I wanted to see what I could get a month out to have an idea of what I'll be able to do? lol....
and yes should of had a 3 man spot.
haha legit, from 12-16, I benched everyday I got bigger tits then half the girls my age :p so I think me being dumb not knowing anything about working out cept for benchin everyday paid off :D

Ummmm, since my comp is at 181 weight, and im 181 right now pretty much give or take a pound.
ima keep it regular diet. which is 3 meal shakes, 2 carb meals and 1 no carb meal.
carb meals are 1c brown rice/veggies
and no carb meal is my steak or chicken salad!
Yesterdays workout was an Off-Day

But today's workout was all biceps and every set was till failure, with nice stretch of the biceps! My biceps look so hideous with these crazy stretch marks but I love them! Even got a few on my forearm :p
