    I run the flame/stim together than finish it off with the buner for a break. Besides, the burner is strong enough by itself. For many, 2 caps/day is plenty. You can always up it to 3-4 for even better effects! I absolutely love this stuff, my favorite fat burner to date. Never really found one...
