Wait, I thought you were a "proud member of the jym army?" I don't like how he splits the pre/post so you need to take both to get clinical dosages of some ingredients.
In one day roughly 600-750 mg. I do a coffee bean extract caffeine pill early AM and later on a cup of coffee. Then another cup or coffee (or pill) midday and then my preworkout, which is about 250 mg of caffeine.
Just grabbed one bottle of Ultimate-T (didn't have enough for a second) so hopefully a one month cycle will help in this department and in the weight room. After reading The Solution log it seems to have some pretty good results.
I have been looking at Ultimate-T reviews and just found this thread. Looks like I will be picking it up next week for sure after reading the replies in here.
What Pre-Workouts have you all tried with E9? I have tried Alphamine but the choline with both products was too much. I also tried High Volume (probably will do this on late night workouts) and really liked it but I was looking for something with caffeine.
After skimming this thread and looking at the reviews section for Ergonine I think I will definitely be picking some up when I finish up my LCLT and betaine I am taking now. I can't believe I haven't heard of this supplement until now.
Oh okay, I did not know. Maybe I just thought it was new because I am just hearing about it now and a few companies are coming out with PA products now (MT and Cutler come to mind).

Anyone hear of any side effects with 750 mg of PA? One article I read about it did not mention side effects after "comprehensive" blood tests before and after.
