    Perform

    Perform Is one of my favorite products for AI. Never had anything really come close to Perform. I usually take it like right before foreplay, ten to twenty mins and you are harder than a diamond in an icestorm.

    I'd go with ASGT in your case. It has some creatine, not enough to bloat you. It also shoots up those T levels, so I would be careful if you are extremely sensitive to that sort of thing.

    Just take one capsule and asses your it from there. I often choose powder over capsule, thats just what I like. I took I think two scoops (@185). Take two on training days and one on off days if you like. I thought it was a pretty decent creatine product, however my heart belongs to Creapure...

    Carb free. I'm a girl when it comes out to sports drinks. If it doesn't taste good, I simply won't drink it. I drink Body Mortar all day long, it tastes exactly like lemon heads.
