    Yes next time I take the conque3r will do less water for sure. This stuff did give me great results in the gym, all of a sudden near the end of my workout my body didn't want to drop the weights, awesome feeling. OL products always work, no question on that.

    Anyone else try the stim-free version yet? Stuff tastes god awful, might have to be the worst tasting pre workout I've ever tried. Anyone else say the same thing? I'm going to mix stevia with Vital1ty to see if that helps. Stuff works however, great energy and focus.
