    I do. It doesn't get any worse it you know how to control your estrogen. I don't run any wet compounds and I won't run without an AI on hand. Dmz is my friend. Dmz, tudca, cycle support, pct. That's all I need for great results.

    Extend SD to 4 weeks if possible. Just finished 4 weeks of SD Rebuild at 28 with Dmz at 40 alongside and got great results. I'm interested to see how their SD treats you, because I felt like most of my benefit was from the Dmz.

    Yep, good advice here. Everyone is different so it might kick later for you. End of week 2 and you should start seeing it. For me, dmz solo always kicks at like end of week 3, never tried msten though

    Higher volume is better for hypertrophy. Whether you do high weight low reps or low weight high reps, your overall volume will be the largest factor of your hypertrophy.
